Hi, I'm Sarah

I’ve always been drawn to the way light, architecture, and everyday moments can completely change how something feels. Photography gives me a reason to slow down, notice those details, and turn them into images that feel intentional rather than simply documented.

I’m a photographer based in Alexandria, Virginia, specializing in architecture, real estate, and portraits throughout Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland. My work is centered on thoughtful composition, natural light, and the details that give an image presence.

My approach

Intentional images.  Thoughtfully made.

I approach every project by first understanding what the images need to accomplish. From there, I focus on composition, light, perspective, and the details that give the final photographs presence.
